Twila Dorene Farris-Isbill, 72, lifelong resident of Bethel Acres, Oklahoma passed away Sunday, September 22, 2019 at her home.
She was born December 19, 1946 to Okie Gray and Non Earl (Black) Wallace in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
Twila was raised in Shawnee and attended Shawnee Public Schools and Bethel Public Schools.
She married Joe Isbill on November 12, 2004 in Miami, Oklahoma.
Twila was a member of Blackburn Chapel Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and devoted to taking care of her home and family. She loved painting and was an excellent artist.
Twila was a very loving and caring person; she especially loved spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, David Farris; brother, Terry Wallace; and sister, Shirley Yancey.
Survivors include her husband, Joe Isbill of the home; 2 sons and 1 daughter-in-law, Alan Farris of Bethel Acres, OK and Mark and Donna Farris of Norman, OK; 1 daughter, Marla Farris of Bethel Acres, OK; 6 step-children; 9 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, James Wallace of Tecumseh, OK; 1 sister and 1 brother-in-law, Brenda and Gerald Harris of Dallas, TX; numerous nieces, nephews; and other extended family and friends.
Service will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 26, 2019 at Blackburn Chapel Baptist Church with Reverend Larry Sparks and Pastor Mark Compton officiating. Burial will follow at Blackburn Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
