Sharon Kay (Schutten) Jeffreys, 82, Edmond Oklahoma passed away Saturday morning, August 23, 2025, peacefully in her home.
Sharon was born March 30, 1943, to Harry and Mildred (Bryant) Schutten in Perry Oklahoma. The family moved to Shawnee in 1951, and she graduated from Shawnee High School in 1961.
She loved to spend her time crocheting, knitting and doing diamond art. Hobby Lobby was her home away from home. She loved crocheting baby blankets and matching caps for the newborns for the Oklahoma City V.A. Health Administration. She adored her granddaughters and enjoyed watching them grow.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband Dan R. Jeffreys in 2004
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Kimberly and Marcos Mariano, Edmond Oklahoma; brother, Gary and Lisa Schutten, Shawnee Oklahoma; sister, Debbie and Don Fogell, Carrollton Texas; granddaughters, Kerstin and Kadence Mariano; several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Graveside Service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, September 5, 2025, at Tecumseh Cemetery Pavilion, with Reverend Justin Dunn, University Baptist Church, Shawnee Oklahoma officiating under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
