Michelle Frye Obituary

Michelle Renia Frye, 53, Shawnee, Oklahoma resident passed away Saturday, January 21, 2023 in Shawnee.

She was born August 5, 1969 to Scott and Marie (Polecat) LittleCharley in Shawnee, Oklahoma.

Michelle grew up in the Little Axe/Pink area and graduated with the class of 1987 from Macomb High School. She has lived most of her adult life in the Tecumseh area.

She loved going to the casino, garage sales, cooking and playing with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by parents, Scott and Marie LittleCharley; 2 brothers, Carl Spoon and Jimmy Ray Mohawk; 4 sisters, Sarah Littlehead, Wanda Spoon, Joyce LittleCharley and Estelena LittleCharley.

Survivors include 1 daughter and son-in-law, Zoe Frye and Kenna Fields; son, WilliamScott Thomas Frye; 2 grandson, Jameson Alan Fields and Leland Hawk Fields; 3 sisters, Linda Foster, Shirley Simpson and Jackie Graham; 1 brother, Newman “Joe” LittleCharley; and other extended family and friends, including significant other and caretaker, Brandon Lane.

Tribal Rites will be Monday evening, January 23, 2023 at Absentee Shawnee Tribe Community Center with Glenn Mann officiating. Burial will follow on Tuesday morning, January 24, 2023 at LittleCharley Family Cemetery under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
