Mark Allen Tramble, Sr., 62, lifelong resident of Shawnee, Oklahoma passed from this life Saturday, January 11, 2020 at his home.

He was born April 19, 1957 to Willie Lee and Neomia (Johnson) Tramble in Shawnee, Oklahoma.

Mark was raised in Shawnee where he attended Shawnee Public Schools.  He graduated with the class of 1975 from Shawnee High School.

He married Patty Jo Simpson on May 19, 2000 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. 

Mark worked as a truck driver for 43 years. Maintaining employment with BFI, Allied Waste and Central Disposal.  Everyone on his routes loved him.  Christmas time he’d have so many gift, people would leave them outside on their trash can or they would come running out to give him his presents. Mark was a stranger to no one. He made friends everywhere he went, especially when he was doing what he loved the most, Rodeo.  He was a member of Shawnee Southside Saddle Back Club in his earlier years, and Monroe Wagnors.  He loved riding horses and braking them. Playing dominoes and spending time under the tree with all his friends became his favorite pastime.  Mark loved his grandchildren and attended all their sporting events.  He could be heard throughout the gym cheering them on.  Mark will be greatly missed.  His joking manner, laugh, crap talking, and selflessness will forever be remembered.  Mark accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Galilee Baptist Church in Shawnee.   

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Neomia Tramble; 3 brothers, James Tramble, Paul Tramble and Baby Boy Tramble;; 9 sisters, Paulla Person, Linda K. Tramble-Lee, Michael Jackson, LaDonna Tramble, LeVonne Tramble, Jawaun Grant, Carlotta Tramble, Carletta Gay Tramble and Janet Person; and granddaughter, Laesha Lajohn Denise Fox Tramble. 

Those left to cherish his memories are his wife, Patty Jo Tramble of the home; 2 daughters, LaTonya Tramble and Ezekiel Shenault of Midwest City, OK and Jordan Byers of Bethel Acres, OK; 3 sons, Mark Tramble, Jr. and Katie Chesser of Shawnee, OK, Anthony Tramble of Atoka, OK and Mar’Queon Tramble of Oklahoma City, OK;  8 grandchildren, Marquese Tramble, Michael Tramble, Monique Tramble, Makyra Tramble, Jaylon Winrow, Daesha Tramble and Mark Tramble, III and Kingston Tramble; 3 sisters, Willie Mae Phillips of Shawnee, OK, Evonne Combs of Shawnee, OK and Susan Ellison of Midwest City, OK;  and 2 brothers, Willie Tramble and Teresa Bruner) of Shawnee, OK and Marvin Ellison of Shawnee, OK; special friend, Thomas Griffis of Earlsboro, OK; and numerous extended loving family and friends. 

Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, January 17, 2020 and continue through service time.  Family gathering to greet friends and family will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, January 17, 2020 at Cooper Funeral Home.  Service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Immanuel Baptist Church in Shawnee with Reverend Wilbert Tripplet, Paradise Baptist Church officiating.  Burial will follow at Earlsboro Cemetery under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
