Linda Kay Tiger, age 68, of Oklahoma City, OK passed away Sunday, August 16, 2020 in Oklahoma City, OK.
She was born August 18, 1951 in Norman, Ok to Webster and Geraldine (Panther) Tiger.
Linda was raised in Little Axe. She also lived in Mountain View, OK and has been an Oklahoma City resident for the last 40 years.
Linda attended school at Little Axe and Fort Sill Indian School.
She worked in housekeeping for The Mariott Inn and Suites for many years.
Linda was a proud member of Absentee Shawnee Tribe. She attended Little Axe Full Gospel Church.
The highlight of her life was spending time with her grandchildren.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Kimberly Rios; grandson, Kendall Turtle; brothers, Timothy “Bobo” Tiger, Michael Wayne Tiger and Steven Lawrence Tiger; sisters, Barbara Littlecharley Whittaker and Pam Tiger.
She is survived by her significant other, Adrian Ramirez; daughters, Yolanda Lopez of San Antonio; sons, Kevin Tiger of Oklahoma City and Rolando Lopez of San Antonio; grandchildren, Mariah Fokumlah, Shannon Rios, Delores Bulock, Chris Sanchez, Mark Sanchez, Jovanni Orta and Rollie’s girl; great grandchildren, Gabby Green, Kai Dean, Esmee Fokumlah, Zella Benson, Josiah Malone, Antwone Johnson, Marley Bulock and Tremaine Bulock; sisters, Patsy Gonzalez, Martha Tiger Watson, Phyllis Johnson and Rosada Bowden; brothers, Leonard Tiger, Darryl Tiger and Anthony Tiger; and many other family and friends.
Services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at the Little Axe Pentecostal Church with Reverend Harold Williams and Reverend Steve Williams officiating. Burial will follow at the Tiger Family Cemetery under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
