Jackson Thomas (Bubby) Hollingshead, 8, of Tecumseh OK, gained his heavenly wings on Sunday, December 26th at Baptist-Integris hospital in Oklahoma City, OK. He was born on September 8, 2013 at Mercy hospital in Oklahoma City, OK. In just 8 short years, Jackson made a lasting impression on so many people, family and friends. With his contagious smile and joyful laugh.
Jackson was truly dedicated to letting his light shine. Jackson loved music, especially Johnny Cash and Elvis. He also enjoyed playing his guitar, swimming, going to school, spending time with family, friends and other children. Jackson had a wonderful support system of family, nurses, caregivers, teachers and therapist. He will truly be missed.
Jackson was preceded in death by his maternal great grandmothers Wanette Martin of Prague, OK and Jewel Morland of Seminole, OK; and also his paternal great grandfather Leon Tidwell of Del City, OK.
Jackson is survived by his mother and father, Jerra Hollingshead and Daniel Hollingshead of Tecumseh, OK; maternal grandparents, Gayle Morland and Mike Morland of Shawnee, OK and Jason Leonard and Stacy Bryant of Wewoka, OK; his paternal grandparents, Star Hollingshead of Shawnee, OK and Sarita and Mark Hollingshead of Hot Springs, AR; his maternal great grandfather, Robert Martin of Prague, OK; his paternal great grandmother, Melvia Tidwell of Del City, OK; and his paternal great grandfather, Tom Hollingshead of Amity, AR. Jackson, also had many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Jon Hollingshead, Cole Morland, Jacob Smith, Drake Lambert, Nathan Bell, Colton Brooks and Bradley Frye.

Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 4, 2022 and continue until through service time. Service will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at Evangelistic Center Church. Burial will follow at Prague Cemetery under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
