Della Ruth (Blake) Campbell

Della Ruth (Blake) Campbell was called to be with our lord on March 5, 2021.  Born on March 31, 1946 in Watonga, Oklahoma.  She attended and graduated from McLoud Public Schools in McLoud, Oklahoma. 

Della is one of four children born to Nobie and Frances Blake.  You could often find Della Ruth fiddling around in her ceramic shop, a hobby passed down from her mother and as anyone who knew her would know you would always leave a visit from her with a trinket she had painted as a reminder of the day.  She loved to listen to her grandchildren who would often be heard haggling over whom was her favorite by the number of photos or who got to pet the cows or ride the tractor a dispute that always brought a smile to her face, but still is not settled to this day.  We rejoice her life knowing she is resting in the arms of the lord and reunited with her beloved parents and husband.  Not goodbye but see you someday. 

She was preceded in death by her loving parents Nobie and Frances Blake, her husband David, her brother Cecil and her sister Thelma. 

Della leaves behind a sister Maxine and three children: Tom Conley of Oklahoma, Alicia Conley of Texas and Kari Conley of Florida, two stepsons David Jr. and Jamie of Oklahoma, Eight grandchildren: Jerad and Jessica Conley, Kendra Conley, Zachary Conley, Amethyst Jones, Danielle Cooper, Danicia Cooper, Hyatt Conley and six beautiful great grandchildren: Kynsey, Emma Louise, Ze’kiyah, Seylor, Braylen, Ahnalie and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Sunday, March 14, 2021 at Cooper Funeral Home and continue through service time.  Service will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 15, 2021 at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Billy Benson officiating. Burial will follow at Dale Cemetery under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
