Charles Gibson Obituary

Charles Gibson, age 47 of Tecumseh, Oklahoma passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 12, 2022 surrounded by his loving family, following an unforeseen medical circumstance.

Charles is survived by his father, Clarence Gibson of Noble; mother, Vick Gibson of Seminole; sister, Martha Gibson of Tecumseh; one uncle; five aunts; and a slew of cousins.

Charles was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charley and Bessie Gibson and Art and Annabelle Davis; and aunts, Loretta Gibson and Martha Gibson; uncles, Art Davis Jr. and Terry Davis.

Tribal Rites will be held 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at Aunt Bernice home place, 2050 156th Avenue NE, Norman, OK 73026 with George Blanchard officiating. Burial will be Wednesday morning, September 14, 2022 at Gibson Family Cemetery in Little Axe under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh. Flowers may be sent to Cooper Funeral Home.
