Charles Wayne Eoff, 81, of Shawnee, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on June 1, 2025.
He was born on November 8, 1943, in Sulphur, Oklahoma, to Ledrue and Lois Eoff. Charles lived a full and meaningful life, devoted to his family, friends, and faith. He will be remembered for his gentle spirit, his kindness, and his deep love for the Lord.
A lifelong resident of Shawnee, Charles attended Horace Mann School and graduated from Shawnee High School in 1961. Following high school, he attended Oklahoma State University.
Charles worked in the parts department at Norton Chevrolet in Shawnee. He then went to work for Hudiburg Chevrolet for 31 years, retiring in 2004.
A dedicated member of Downtown Pentecostal Holiness Church, Charles faithfully served as a deacon, teacher, choir member, and part of the worship team. He cherished time with his family, enjoyed attending church, followed sports enthusiastically, and loved to fish.
Charles is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Yuvone Eoff of the home; 1 daughter and 1 son-in-law, Michelle and Jeff Edmonson of Shawnee; 2 sons and 1 daughter-in-law, Marvin and Donna Warren of Shawnee and Michael Eoff of Ft. Myers, Florida. He was a proud Papa to Hannah Roach, Phoenix Eoff, Emma Edmonson, and Easton Edmonson. He is also survived by his 2 sisters and 1 brother-in-law, Shirley and Ray Wade of Yukon, OK, and Marilyn Pickens of Shawnee, OK, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and many loving friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ledrue and Lois Eoff; his grandson, Eric Warren; and his grandparents, Sam and June Eoff, and Everett and Willie Warren.
Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 4, 2025 and continue until time of service with family gathering from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. to greet friends and family at Cooper Funeral Home. A celebration of Charles’s life will take place at Downtown Pentecostal Holiness Church in Shawnee at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 5, 2025 with Reverend Robert Ware, Downtown Pentecostal Holiness Church, Shawnee, OK officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park, Shawnee, OK of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
