Carol Lynn Miller

Carol Lynn Miller age 74, of Shawnee, Oklahoma passed from this life Friday, September 27, 2024.

She was born November 14, 1949 in Paris, Texas to Thurman and Lanora (Whisenhunt) Elmore.

Carol grew up in Oklahoma City and graduated from Capital Hill High School. 

She worked as a beautician for several years, and later worked for the Delta Cafe. 

Carol enjoyed playing games on her phone, collected angels and butterflies, and loved the color purple.  She was a quiet person who mostly kept to herself. 

She is preceded in death by; her parents; son, Kenneth L. Miller Jr.; brother, Sonny Benton; and sister, Linda Vance.

Survivors include; son, Rex Elmore and wife Gloria; son, Royce Elmore; daughter, Michelle Coffman; daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Miller; grandchildren, Zachry Pelton, Jorden Elmore, Kris Elmore, Jacob Elmore, Kayson Elmore, Austin Jackson, Jeremiah Jones, Colton Jones and Gabby Miller; great-grandchildren, Raelynn Elmore, and brothers, Thurman Lynn "Skip" Elmore and wife Cindy, sisters, Juanita Elmore, Claudia Colungo, and Virginia; and numerous nieces, nephews and family and friends.

Visitation will be from 12:00 - 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at Cooper Funeral Home.  Services will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Mark Guinn officiating. Burial will follow at Tecumseh Cemetery under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
