Teresa (Gill) Echard

Teresa (Gill) Echard, 59, of Seminole, Oklahoma passed away Monday, May 13, 2019 in Seminole.

Teresa was born on March 29, 1960 in Sand Springs, OK, to parents Pat Gill and Sheryl Martin.

She graduated from Tecumseh High School in 1978. She was very active in school as both a cheerleader and earned All-State honors in tennis. After graduating high school, she attended Seminole Junior College briefly before getting married and starting a family.

She had two children, B.J. and Andy, that she would completely devote herself to throughout her life.

Throughout the different jobs in her life she consistently found ways to invest in people’s lives and make them feel important and appreciated. She enjoyed watching Thunder basketball, Yankees and Cardinals baseball, spending time with her puppy dogs, and raising her two sons. Her family and friends will always remember her as a friendly and loving person that wasn’t scared of the challenges life threw at her.                                    

Memorial Services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 23, 2019 at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with B.J. Echard officiating under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Teresa's life.
